Microwaves

"I have no doubt in my mind that, at the present time, the greatest polluting element in the earth's environment is the proliferation of electromagnetic fields." - Robert O. Becker, M. D., Orthopedic Surgeon

Microwave cooking ovens were originally researched and developed by German scientists to support mobile operations during the invasion of the Soviet Union. Had they perfected electronic equipment to prepare meals on a massive scale, the Nazis could have eliminated the logistical problems connected with cooking fuels while producing edible products in far less time than they could using traditional campfires.

After the war, the Allies discovered the medical research and documentation concerning these apparatuses. The papers and experimental microwave equipment were transferred to the US War Department and classified for reference and scientific investigation. The Soviet Union also retrieved some of the devices and began to experiment on them separately.

The Russians - who have done the most diligent research into the biological effects of microwave ovens - have outlawed their use and issued an international warning about the biological and environmental damage that can result from the use of this and similar-frequency electronic apparatus.

Research has shown that microwave oven-cooked food suffers severe molecular damage. After it is eaten, it causes abnormal changes in human blood and immune systems. The unconscionable act to deny the public details on these significant health dangers is still on going.

Next, consider all the children you see talking on cell phones. Have you ever thought they they may experience any brain damage?

Scientists have discovered that a call lasting just two minutes can alter the natural electrical activity of a child's brain for up to an hour afterwards.

And they also found for the first time how radio waves from mobile phones penetrate deep into the brain and not just around the ear.

Doctors fear that disturbed brain activity in children could lead to psychiatric and behavioral problems or impair learning ability.

In another study, ground-breaking research on the effects of radiation on the brain - which has for the first time used human cells rather than rats - scientists found that even low-level emissions from handsets affects cells.

It is believed the changes could disable a safety barrier in the body which is meant to protect the brain from harmful substances in the blood. Scientists are now calling for further research to discover how important the effects on health might be.

The study, conducted by the Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority in Finland, found that exposing human cells to one hour of mobile phone radiation triggered a response which normally only occurs when cells are being damaged.

This led the cells which make up blood vessel walls to shrink, allowing tiny molecules to pass through into brain tissue.

As far as our children are concerned, I feel it is prudent that none of them should have access to a cell phone or a microwave oven!

Let us take this one step farther regarding nature. If the damage is apparent in humans, then obviously this is occurring to birds, insects and other wildlife. Just consider all the microwave towers in cities and elsewhere creating massive amounts damage on nature.

Again, we are the ones responsible and we must take appropriate steps to reconcile this issue.
