I posed a series of specific questions this evening and asked for a response from whoever would be most authoritative. Saint Germaine deferred to Christ Michael, and his comments are posted below. As is always the case with messages to me, Christ Michael tells me what I need to hear at the time, but sometimes it takes a different route getting there than I suspect it will when I start. He responded to most of the questions I asked, but placed the answers in a more Universal context he seems to want us to be aware of.

This evening I ask for specifics about NESARA and the planned announcement. How is it tied to the money distribution and what is the correct information pertaining to that? How is this tied to the legal issues involved with the indictments? How fast is the schedule we perceive being accomplished? Are we achieving our role? What is your role? How is that impacting with us and what we are doing? How large a percentage of the "Critical Mass" is awakened? I thank you for information. I ask to hear from whoever is most authoritative in speaking about these issues.

Yes, Jess, I am here but I would rather let Christ Michael speak for us all.
It is his concept and he is responsible for setting it in place.
Jess, this is Christ Michael, as you call me, Aton/Hatonn as others say. I will repeat that it doesn't matter what you call me. My names have a focus for each person who calls me and each one speaks to them differently. I am in all and I am responsive to all. Each person hears what he or she wants to hear. I speak to them as they ask for me to speak. It is their choice how I speak. I guide them to ask certain questions or make certain statements, but it is ultimately their choice what they say.
The time is at hand for a change. There are many variables at work you personally don't perceive. I assume you will also let readers see this, so that I can say to them that more complications are at work now in this time than they can fathom. This change you call NESARA is a working out of the scheme I had envisioned for this planet within my Universe of Nebadon. This is a special laboratory planet which has had the freedom to pursue and explore a range of duality and separation that no other place has explored. The concept of NESARA is a statement of equality and balance and freedom that comes from Universal love. This ultimately has little or nothing to do with money. Once NESARA the concept is in place, money and competitiveness and struggles for power have no purpose.
To set this in place, however, you must go through a process on Earth that cleanses your planet and you as participants in its energy grid. The steps to begin this are announcing the beginnings of fiscal equality in tandem with the removal of any political/governmental obstacles to achieving this. This is a two-pronged process and endeavor. The money base that will allow this fiscal equality is ready to be distributed. The banking institutions must allow this to be distributed. This involves choice, as does everything. I can't determine the outcomes you will choose-the journalistic you. Free will is your gift and you must act your role. Everyone must act his or her role.
I must act my role, as well, and Mother Earth must act her role. The choices she and I make ultimately supercede your choices, because they involve the people on Earth as a whole, not as individuals. The choices I make also affect the role of Earth in the Solar System and the Universe. I choose the direction the Universe goes in returning to the Light from which it came originally.
The choices that man is making are determining how quickly everything falls into place. This is not a bad thing, to your way of thinking. It is a choice that creates a new set of variables that must be weighed and evaluated for a new choice. Once a choice is made, no other possibilities exist for that choice. All that is possible to do is make another choice based on what the situation is.
Man on Earth has varying levels of political power and control that are determined by his elected position and the agreement the electorate makes to surrender its individual power to him or her. People in industry and banking also control decisions because they have the power over the means the populace generally uses to choose its actions. The choices are prejudiced by assumptions and information that has been fed to the members of society who apparently are without the power. This must change.
The money is being distributed to all and the government is being set upright again.
The timeframe remains in place. Your presumed deadlines and announcement dates are tied in with dramatic scenarios that operate in your imagined right time for your own interests. This change is global. This action involves everyone on the planet. There is a change in Canada. There is a change in Europe. There is a change in Russia, and one in China. Do you presume to believe that America is the only country being affected?
The influence of the American government has important global implication, that is true, and its removal and re-positioning will be a key element in the beginning of the shift. But you also should look at the Galactic and Universal implications of the change in positive energy that will result from such a massive cleansing. Light is pouring in from all over this Universe to help you begin your transformation. Your reactions are already different, even though you still think you are operating in accustomed 3rd dimensional parameters. You find yourself at odds with your choices, do you not? Clarity enables more correct decisions that fit your purpose. Why is that, do you think?
That is because I want you to make clearer decisions that are based on your awakened perception of who you are and what you are doing in this Universe of mine. I am now interested in moving this Universe of Nebadon into a new phase of energy and vibration. This will cause new parameters of your existence. Just as your experience on Earth-Shan in 3-D has taught us invaluable lessons, so will your transition into higher dimensions in your physical body. That is also a new experiment, and that is why the eyes of the Universes are on you as you make this transition. We are here to help you undertake this, but it again is your choice how you want to do this.
NESARA is a goal for your new existence. It is tied in ultimately with your new mode of living. The things you are desperately seeking now are only the preliminaries that must be prepared before the concept begins to take on its global and Universal shape. They will come in due time and in a short period. The time is up for that cycle. The energy is changing and the control the former powers had is waning and running down. There will be big influxes of newer, higher levels of energies coming in December and in January. Pay attention to the changes that will happen. Certain present presumptions cannot continue any longer. Watch how things begin to unravel of their own accord all around the world. A new solar cycle begins on the solstice of the 21st of December. Look for changes in the new year.
