Esu, let’s try again this evening. I ask what the status is. I feel like waves of expectation that never are getting to the shore. What specifically is the hold up? Banking? Resignations? Legal issues? Shifting allegiance? I know time and dates are flexible. Speak to me as you will this evening, I ask again.

Let’s talk. This is a trying time. We think we have everything ready and then something flares up that disrupts the process. Christ Michael feels everything is progressing but blips along the way disrupt the schedule you are looking for.
I don’t understand this still. Why are things so difficult to reconcile?
The dark forces are trained and prepared to work from a broader perspective than most of the forces we have cooperating with us. Our forces see the details of a specific spectrum of activities, but the dark forces have planned this global onslaught on a scale that dwarfs much of what is occurring in limited way in the resistance. Another analogy is stamping out brush fires. It is very difficult to find all of them and extinguish them at one time.
Some specific examples: The banking fiasco that Christopher Story is describing. The level of manipulation and purely immoral dealings has never been experienced before. The level of sophistication that has been developed is beyond the understanding of most. The difficulty in reconciling the fiscal inequalities is extraordinary, and the extent of what has been set up is only now being discovered and recognized for what it is. This hidden banking system has played havoc with the world’s economy for purely personal reasons for most of the last century. This was intended to destabilize all national currencies, leaving the world to be taken over by the ones in control of the natural resources. This reached a peak, and is now for the most part under our control.
The fiscal chaos is one reason it has been difficult to implement changes in a range of governments around the globe. The instability of the ongoing economy was difficult to reconcile with the need for new leadership. Most countries preferred a continued government that was familiar with the situation. It was difficult to inspire a revolution of any sort when the people of a country felt that a stable government, however unpopular it was, was safer that a new group of leaders that possibly had to grasp of the complexities of the situation that had developed without the working experience.
You were reading about the impossibility of pinning Cheney down long enough to force him to resign, or even answer to a subpoena. The clone character is running as a result of his programming, but the natural tendency he still exhibits is always to avoid being pinned down. This ability he displays with a single minded intensity. The scenarios we had envisioned even a few months ago are not viable at the moment due to the resistance that has been thrown up for protection.
Announcement. When? I would be lying if I said I knew the precise moment. I don’t. I can see that Christ Michael is postponing the step to allow other players to make their decisions and allow the results to be more unified. This has always been his purpose and his consideration. The situation allowing this possibility has only recently made itself appear as a viable option. I wish I could say tomorrow, but I can’t.
