Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 31 Dec 2008
Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. I am pleased to greet you on this last day of the old year. Hopefully, during early in this coming year, we shall be able to have our shuttles come-and-go in North America. At least, I have been assured that there will soon be the removal of the orders to your Air Force to try to shoot down our shuttles. I know that you have been aware of those Air Force orders many years ago when you served your country as a weather forecaster with the U.S. Air Force.
Lavar: Yes! That is true.
Helena: There will soon come the time for us to be able to come-and-go at our pleasure over North America. We shall have one of our shuttles land for a time in your West Valley, as you have been told. We will do our best to have the weather under control so that it will be a pleasant day for you and your friends to witness our coming and to learn by your own observation that we are aliens. However, that will just be the beginning of our relations with you and your laboratory. As long ago promised, I shall have two of our crew assigned to help you in your laboratory development of your new-energy technology. We will be able to help you provide a better unit for commercialization and in a shorter time than if we did not offer our help. Hopefully, our messages to you are being handed around to many of your friends by them also sending these messages to some of their friends. There are some important events that are soon to come to your country. You will soon have the return to constitutional law that was changed in the 1930s and with other changes since. Your country will be much better ruled when there is the return to constitutional law. You will want to ensure that you and your staff understand the law and that you fully observe the law. You will want to set an example of being a law-abiding company. With our help, your company should be able to soon have a commercial prototype of a new-energy device that will provide energy without pollution. That is an important task that you are expected to perform, with our help. That is my message for you this morning. Any questions or comments?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be most grateful to be able to do what I can to help you, especially in the commercialization of new-energy technology. We must lower the outpouring of pollution from our internal combustion engines. I will do the best I can to help. Please continue to advise and direct me in what I can best do to help.
Helena: Thank you. I am pleased at your willingness to help. With our crew to help you, your laboratory will be one of the noted organizations to help lower the levels of atmospheric pollution.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be calling on you Friday morning but not tomorrow morning.
