Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 28 Dec 2007
Lavar: Welcoming Helena. Dear Helena. I am just a couple of minutes early. I am ready when you are.
Helena: Good morning. You are a bit early this morning. I am with you now. There is great consternation among your political leaders this morning. There will soon be some important news to be released to your nation and, of course, to the world. You will want to be sure that you have access to the news today. It will be of considerable importance as there are dramatic changes in your government that will be announced. In fact, if the news is what we think it will be, it will be the required events that will soon release the orders to your Air Force to try to shoot down our shuttles. With your previous experience with your Air Force, you are well informed of those events that have been long ongoing. Your nation's leaders have tried to keep our presence a big secret for several decades. However, great changes are soon to come. It will no longer be a secret that we are alien to your world, that we have been assigned to help you clean up Mother Earth's polluted atmosphere, and that we will soon be able to come-and-go among you.
It is certainly important to me, after several years of delays, for us to be able to do what we have been assigned by the Galactic Federation to do: that is to help clean up Mother Earth's polluted atmosphere. It is much worse now than when we were assigned. However, we will soon be able to begin our work. We are pleased that you and your laboratory have been developing your charge-cluster technology. It is close to the technology that we use to tap into the vast energy of space and power our starships and our shuttles. As you have requested, we will soon be able to send two of our crew to help you in your laboratory. Therefore, do all you can to get your laboratory back in full operation so that we can help you in completing the development that you began several years ago. That is my message for you this morning. Do you have any questions for me?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be most pleased to have you visit with us and have your landings and fly-overs. Are you able to influence some of the government workers to help get the orders removed to shoot down UFOs?
Helena: We have some degree of ability to communicate with a very few of those in Washington. None of the few telepathic persons with whom we are in contact in your nation's capitol are in positions of authority so that they can help with changes in government operations. However, we are being told that there will soon be changes in your government leadership with the acceptance of the already-signed letters of resignations of some of your top leaders. Apparently, this event had to wait until the bank documents were delivered which, we understand, has now happened or will be completed this week.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be with you again on Monday. Hopefully, there will be the release of the funds before then.
