Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: You are a few minutes late this morning but forgiven as I understand your communication with others. This will be a good week for finally getting the funds distributed so that the rest of the procedures can be undertaken that will precede our arrival. Obviously, we are anxious to be among you, there have been too many politically inspired delays.
New topic: When we come for our first landings, that will be the beginning of a new era for you and all the people of North America. Prior to our landing there has to be a governmental change and the removal of the order to try to shoot us down. We come in peace and we expect to be welcomed for what we are: peaceful aliens assigned to help clean up Mother Earth's polluted air and water. You and your lab are doing the kind of preliminary work that will be very helpful. We shall be delighted to also help you in your efforts so that together we can hasten the commercialization of new devices that will help reduce the huge amount of burning of the polluting fossil fuels. A question for you: What is the most important development that you desire to have happen?
Lavar: Thank you for the question. The most important is the commercialization of a device that will tap space energy and provide electrical energy. That is the single device that will be most important to use in replacing the burning of fossil fuels.
Helena: We would agree with your choice. Those whom we will assign to your lab will be specialists in that specific topic. You have made good progress but your approach lacks the stability that will be required for a commercial product. It will not take us long in working with you to have a commercial prototype made. Then will you be able to put such a device into large-scale production?
Lavar: We have contacts with and can hire or assign such development in a very short time period. We also expect that by that time, there will be sufficient funds allocated for the manufacturing and distribution of such a much needed device. One of the important applications is for the on-the-vehicle battery charger for electric vehicles. That will be one of the early applications.
Helena: Good Lavar. We shall soon be with you and then we shall also develop a connection with your Internet so that many can communicate with us. There will not be needed these daily communications, however, any time you desire to call on me, use the same time and effort as you now do.
