Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. It is a pleasure to welcome your attention to my messages for you. It will not be long before we shall be having our landings and our fly-overs in your country. We have waited for many years to be able to show your people that we come in peace and that we have technology that can help improve Mother Earth's atmosphere and waters. I have stated that topic to you many times and, as you know, it is uppermost in our minds and plans. We are ready to come and be among you.
A new topic: There is much that we are doing here aboard the Capricorn that will be of benefit to you and your country. I detect that you are interested in those among us who plan to come and help with the healing of many people. They will be most pleased to be able to come with our landings and be among you with means to make life better for some of those who are ailing. I sense that you will be desirous of having some help with some of your health problems. Is that not true?
Lavar: Yes, dear Helena. I will welcome some help in a couple of health problems that I have. The most pressing of my very few health problems is the problem with my left hip. I hope that your medical specialists will be able to resolve that problem for me. [I love playing in my garden and need that problem resolved.]
Helena: I am sure that you will be helped with that problem. I shall ensure that you are visited early after our landings and restored to the best health that can be expected of "an old duffer" as you say.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be most pleased at your coming and at the coming of some of your healing entities. I shall be with you tomorrow, as usual.
