Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 23 Dec 2008
Lavar: Welcoming Helena. My apologies I am two minutes late.
Helena: Good morning. You are forgiven. I am pleased to contact you each weekday morning. I sense that you question whether or not to call on me this coming Thursday. Let's give you a day off. No contact with me on Christmas Day.
Lavar: That will be fine with me. It is a great holiday every day that I am able to talk with you.
Helena: Thank you. Now for some important business. There will soon be the release of the orders to your Air Force to try to shoot us down. Then we will have our fly-overs and the few landings that have been planned. Especially for you, there will be a landing in your West Valley. We will either select a sunny day or we will ensure that the day is sunny. We regret that it appears that the timing of the landing in your valley will be in the winter. However, we do not want to delay our landing and our fly-overs any longer than necessary. We have a great work to do and it will take some time for us to help change Mother Earth's atmosphere by lowering the pollution caused, especially by your millions of fuel-burning vehicles. We will also do our best, and with your help, to make changes in the way automobiles and trucks are powered. It will take several years to make the changes that are needed so that the trees can handle the carbon dioxide that is produced by various industrial activities.
Much of what we have planned to do has been delayed, as you know, by your present administration. However, their efforts to prevent us from carrying out our assigned work will soon change. There may not be any announcement of the change in your government's denial of our existence, however, that change is soon to come, so we are informed. Are you ready for our coming?
Lavar: I believe that I am as well prepared for your coming as anyone is. I shall welcome your coming to our valley. I shall welcome and desire to help in any way that I can to reduce the levels of pollution in Mother Earths' atmosphere. So please give me assignments that I can carry out, with your help.
Helena: Good. We shall plan to do that. When we are able to come-and-go among you, we will also have two of our crew coming to you in your laboratory. As I have stated, your efforts are right in line with what is required to be able to power homes, office, and vehicles without atmospheric pollution. That is my message for you this morning. Any further comments or questions.
Lavar: No more questions this morning. I shall be with you tomorrow.
