Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 22 Dec 2008
Lavar: Welcoming Helena. I am a couple of minutes early this morning. I am ready when you are.
Helena: Good morning. I am ready. I am pleased to converse with you on this special day - the first day of the week of your Christmas celebration. In addition, it will soon be the New Year, the year that will, perhaps, become known as the year of our coming. We will be very pleased to be able to come-and-go among you without being chased by your Air Force. As you know from your experience with the USAF, they have been, for many years, under orders to try to shoot down any UFOs. For many years your present administration has strongly desired to keep any information about aliens from being understood by your countrymen. We are not sure why that policy got started or why it continues to this day. However, we are assured that there will soon be the release of those orders to try to shoot us down. Then, finally, we will be able to come-and-go among you. We strongly desire to have our presence in your skies known by all your citizens. We especially desire to let all of your fellow- citizens know that we come in peace and have been assigned to help Mother Earth.
A new topic: You are working on obtaining funds to get back into operation in your laboratory. As you have been told, we shall be pleased to have two of our crew come and help you in the development of the new-energy technology that you are scheduled to develop. Fortunately, the effort that you are making to tap into the vast energy of space, is similar to the technology that we use to tap space energy and power our shuttles and our starship. Again we are pleased that you have a good beginning on developing that technology. As soon as your government releases its orders to shoot us down, we will be there to help you in your commercialization, as you call it, of your new-energy technology. Do you have any problems with our coming to help you?
Lavar: Oh No! I am highly pleased and look forward to your coming to help us. I will do my best to get the lab prepared for your coming. The funds that we are scheduled to receive should be available this week. At least I hope that there are no further delays. Anything special that I should do to prepare further from your help?
Helena: Just do the best you can to set up your laboratory for your own use. If you can obtain a mass spectrometer, that will be of great help to your development.
Lavar: I shall do my best to get properly equipped and as soon as possible. Thank you for your messages and I greatly look forward to having your two crew members come and be with us. I shall call on you tomorrow.
