Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. You are right on schedule and that is appreciated. There is a great deal of consternation among your government leaders this week. They are aware that, at long last, they will soon be out of office and that new elections will be called. This will come as a great surprise to most of the people of your country. There will be a return to constitutional government, if our information is correct. As you know, your government has been changed and the changes that have been going on for over sixty years are not in accord with your constitution. Thus a return to constitutional government is apparently soon to happen. We shall be most interested to determine if such a change will also result in a change to your Air Force orders to try to shoot down our shuttles. This is not the manner in which we had anticipated that there would be a release of those orders to your Air Force. However, we will be pleased for any legal events that can result in our ability to come-and-go among you and to complete the work that we have been assigned to accomplish by the Galactic Federation.
Much of what we can do to help Mother Earth will, to some extent, be dependent upon what we are asked to do. We are assigned, as you have often been told, to reduce the atmospheric contamination before it begins to threaten life. Hopefully, we shall soon be about our assigned task. As you have been told, we are also allowed and encouraged and expected to help in other ways in which we are asked to help, provided that no weapons or war are involved. We are pleased that there are several of you who have asked for our help and we shall be pleased to help. We will even do our best, as you have asked, to prevent some of the terrible storms that have flooded some parts of your Southern states. We appreciate your concern for your fellow beings. That is my message for you this morning. Do you have any comments or questions?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I am greatly privileged to be able to converse with you each weekday morning. I shall be highly pleased when your two crew members will be able to come and help us in our return to our laboratory. We expect to have the funds very soon now to be able to get back in full operation. Do you have any suggestions as to what we can do to release the funds that have been promised to us?
Helena: You have been nobly patient. If our information is correct, you will be funded very soon now. So prepare yourself for this work that you are assigned to accomplish. We shall do all we can to help you.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be with you Monday.
