Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. I am pleased to converse with you each weekday morning. There is much good that needs to be accomplished in your world, especially in the world of finances. Your financial experts are so involved in doing their best to hang onto funds that are in their care. That is one of the major reasons why it has taken so long from your funder to get funds from his sources and wire funds to your bank. However, events are now apparently positioned so that you will very soon be funded, perhaps as early as this week. We have no control over such arrangements, but we are mindful of your needs. My major effort is to ensure that you are properly aided in the development of the new-energy technology that you are soon to be funded to develop.
There are many efforts that are expended to keep funds so that they are not available to you. That may sound unusual, however, large funds can earn considerable additional funds for those who are in control of those funds. Banks are often holding up funds for a day or more so that they can keep the interest that would normally go to the recipient of those funds. Your Canadian friend will, however, soon have funds available. As soon as he gets those funds in his bank account, he will wire funds to your bank account. Unless I am seriously mistaken, you will very soon be funded. Then it will be up to you to ensure that those funds are used for the purposes intended: To help change the way the world produces and distributes energy.
We shall be pleased to do what we can to help you in your laboratory development. If our information is correct, there will soon be the withdrawal of the orders to your Air Force to try to shoot down our shuttles if we enter your atmosphere. As you have been told, we have done some coming-and going by traveling in our cloaked mode. However, it is our strong desire, even our assignment, to ensure that you and your countrymen know that we come in peace and that we are aliens. We have been assigned to help restore Mother Earth's atmosphere to a more healthy level. You are expected to do all you can to also help in that regard. That is my message for you this morning. Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I am grateful for your comments and information. Although I have asked before, I desire to do all I can to hasten the deliveries of those funds so that I can get back into full operation in our laboratory.
Helena: Just be a bit more patient. Events are very soon to allow us to be able to come-and-go among you and that means that the prosperity funds will soon be released. In addition, your Canadian friend will soon have his funds. Get ready to get back to work.
