Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 17 Dec 2008
Lavar: Welcoming Helena. My apologies. I am three minutes late this morning.
Helena: Good morning. You are forgiven. I do appreciate it when you are right on schedule. There is much that is going on in your government, according to my sources. It does appear that you will soon have a dramatic change in your government. However, it is our understanding that such change will lead to events that will allow us to come-and-go in your atmosphere without being chased by your Air Force planes. It is long past time for us to be able to begin the work that we were sent to do: To reduce the levels of pollution in Mother Earth's atmosphere. We shall do that, even if we have to do much of our work with cloaked shuttles. As you have been told, we are doing some of our work while cloaked. That is not is our plans, however, we desire to be able to come-and-go among you and to demonstrate that we are friendly aliens and that we come to help.
A new topic: There is much that we will be able to do to help you in the further development of your new-energy technology. You do understand that we are very pleased with the work that you have done and we will do our best to help you in commercializing your space-energy-tapping technology. As you have often been told, the tapping into space energy is our major source of energy for our shuttles and our mother ship. It is with great pleasure that we find that you and a few others are doing your best to tap into this clean source of energy. We shall do our best to help you. That is my message for you this morning. Do you have any questions or comments for me?
Lavar: Thank you dear friend. I shall be pleased to have you visit with us or your crew members come to help us. What can I do to help reduce the orders to the Air Force to try to shoot down our shuttles?
Helena: We wish that there was something that you could do. However, we are being told by our Washington, D.C. contact that there will soon be the release of the orders to the Air Force. Hopefully that will come very soon now. As you know, we have been told that there will soon be the announcement of the resignation of your president and that will allow for changes to be made in the orders to your Air Force to try to shoot us down. That is my complaints this morning. Any questions or comments?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I wish I were in control of the orders to the Air Force. It is ridiculous for our present government to keep up the fiction that there are no starships when many of us have seen you in our skies. I do appreciate your week day communication with me. Many of my friends appreciate your messages. We shall welcome your coming and hope that it will be soon now. I shall be with you tomorrow.
