Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 16 Dec 2008
Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Lavar: Dear Helena, I have been asked to ask you some questions by one of those who read your daily messages to me. So please bear with me at the end of your message to me this morning.
Helena: Good morning. That will be no problem I shall be pleased to reply to any questions or comments that you may have. You are soon to be funded. My sources of information in Washington, D.C. tell me that there will, finally, be the release of the bank documents to the thousands of investors who made their investments many months ago. It is my understanding that several of those receiving funds have pledged to invest in your corporation. That will be good news for you and for us. We shall be pleased to have you back in full operation in your laboratory. Hopefully, there will soon be the changes to your government that will releasee the orders to your Air Force to try to shoot down our shuttles. Then we shall be pleased to be able to come-and-go in your atmosphere and to help those who call on us for your help. Of course, our major objective is to fulfill our assignment from the Galactic Federation to help clean up Mother Earth's polluted atmosphere. That is my comments for you this morning. What questions do you have for me?
Lavar: Will our country have access to shuttles?
Helena: Our shuttle technology is highly advanced as compared to your aircraft. However, we shall be pleased to see you learn more about our methods of transportation in-and-out of your atmosphere. You will be able to learn more about our shuttles and be able, at some date in the future, to produce similar space vehicles.
Lavar: Thank you. Another question: Will we be allowed to fly such equipment in-and-out of our atmosphere and perhaps even to visit with you in your starship?
Helena: We would welcome your advances in aircraft or spacecraft development. You certainly need to get something better than the rockets that you use to put equipment in space. However, we are pleased at the developments that you have made to be able to put satellites in orbit.
Lavar: Will our citizens be subject to Galactic Law?
Helena: That is a good question. I would suggest that as you learn more about our Galactic Federation and the regulations that we abide by, that you will have no problem in adapting to our ways of doing things. Of course, as a world, you will have to grow up to the stage where you no longer seek to kill each other. That will take some doing and may take many years of efforts on behalf of your leaders to finally move away from all wars and killing of each other. We shall do all we can to help you in making that transition to a peaceful people. It will be your country that we expect to set an example for the rest of the world.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. We have a lot of work to do to become prepared to follow in your example of technology and in lawful activities to make a better world. We shall welcome your coming fly-overs and, hopefully, your two crew to come and help us in our laboratory. I shall call on you tomorrow.
