Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 14 Dec 2006
Lavar: Welcoming Helena. My apologies. I am a bit late this morning.
Helena: Good morning. Yes you are a few minutes later than usual. However, I am available. We here aboard the Capricorn are anxious to have our landing among you. We are being told, by our other telepathic contact, that there will soon be the resignation of your president. Then, hopefully, the new president will be aware of our desire to be among you and that he will remove the orders to the Air force to try to shoot us down. Then we shall be able to have our fly-overs, and the few actual landings of our shuttles on Mother Earth. It will not be long now. Events are soon to culminate in changes in your government that, we assume, will be of great interest to all of us. Here on the Capricorn, we are most interested in getting the removal of the orders to your Air Force to try to shoot us down.
New topic: There is much that we desire to do to help clean up Mother Earth's atmosphere and some of her polluted waters. You will be one of those who will greatly benefit from our coming to be with you in your laboratory and helping to develop the technology that you have already started, to change the way energy is produced, especially in your automobiles. There has to be a great change in the automobile industry so that the cars are not such big atmospheric polluters. It will take a few years, however, we expect that you will be having an electric automobile with an on-the-vehicle battery charger soon after we can come and help you in your laboratory. That is my main message for you this morning. We are deeply concerned with the changes that must be made so that we can land. Do you have any questions for me this morning?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be most pleased to have two of your crew members come to help us in our new lab. If the information we are receiving is correct, we shall soon be back in operation in our laboratory and ready to welcome your two crew members to help us. Is there anything that we can do to hasten the time of your landings among us?
Helena: The major action to be taken, before we can land, is to remove the orders to the Air Force to try to shoot us down. The present administration has to change before that can happen. However, if our information is correct, that will very soon happen.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be with you again tomorrow morning, as usual.
