Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. You are soon to be funded. That will be good news for you. There is a great deal of good that you are expected to accomplish with the funds that will be made available to you. You will be expected to get back into full operation in your laboratory, as soon as practical. We shall be there to help you in the development of the new-energy technology. As long promised, we will have two of our crew come and work with you in your laboratory - as soon as the orders to your Air Force to shoot down our shuttles is removed. However, we understand that there will probably be a change in your presidency before those orders are released.
Much of what we can do to help you is to be fully aware of your manufacturing capabilities. Then we can help you develop your new-energy technology to be manufactured by your current manufacturing capabilities. As you know, we use the same energy resource, space energy, for powering our vessels. However, we have a much more progressed technology than you have developed.
Much of what we can accomplish will be in helping you and your group to further commercialize new-energy technologies that you have been working on. It is very important to us that you increase your development, manufacturing, and distribution of new-energy technology as rapidly as possible. The current outpouring of the fumes from the burning of fossil fuels has greatly poisoned your atmosphere. We shall do our best to help reduce that atmospheric pollution. Of course, as you know, it will not be an overnight task to make a change from fuel-burning automobiles and trucks to space-energy-tapping vehicles. You are to be one of those who are expected to help us, as rapidly as practical, to make the transition from fuel-burning to space-energy-tapping technology. That is my message for you this morning. Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I am blessed to communicate with you. What can I best do to obtain the funds that we need to get back into full operation in our laboratory?
Helena: You will soon be funded, as you have been told. There is little that we can do to increase the time of release of those funds. We do expect that you will receive funds this coming week. So get ready to get back to full operation as rapidly as you can do so.
