Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. You are right on time and that is appreciated. There is a great deal of confusion in your country's leadership. They are concerned that they will soon be removed from office and there will be an end to their stealing of funds from U.S. citizens. However, the time has come when there will be no further such stealing of citizen's funds. There will be a firm accountability for those in office who are elected to properly and faithfully run this country. America has a great deal to offer the world as an example of good government. However, under the present administration, that effort has been wasted. There needs to be a return to constitutional government and such a return is soon to happen, we are assured.
There will be many who will help restore the constitution of the United States. We shall do what we can to also help in restoring such government to this great nation. We have come to help direct the leaders of this nation to know and understand that there are celestial helpers who will help restore Mother Earth's atmosphere that has become so polluted. As you have been told, your atmosphere, if changes are not made, will soon not be suitable for some of the less-healthy citizens to enjoy. There must be a change in the way your automobiles and trucks are fueled or powered. There has to be a reduction in the burning of fossil fuels. Mother Earth, with her vast amount of trees and vegetation, can absorb much of the carbon dioxide that is produced. However, there is now more pollution being produced than can be absorbed. Therefore, there must be a reduction of this type of fossil-fuel burning.
We appreciate that you are aware of this problem and that you are working on new-energy technology that will help change the way vehicles are powered. By tapping into the vast energy of space, you will be able to reduce the atmospheric pollution. However, there must be millions of such electric vehicles before there will be sufficient changes made. It is our desire and our assignment to do all we can to help you in the development and use of space-energy. That is my message for you this morning. Any questions or comments?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall do my best to help in the development and commercialization of new energy technology. We need the funds to be able to carry out our plans. Do you have any suggestions as to how best to speed up the release of the funds that we have been promised?
Helena: You will soon be funded. We have been assured of that. In addition, there will soon be government changes that will allow for us to come-and-go among you. We shall be pleased to help you in your development efforts.
