Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. Right on schedule. There is a flurry of concern at the highest levels of your government. The end is near. The changes will ensue. They know it. It will soon be general knowledge that there will be a change in your government. That will be a great day for us and we hope that some of you will ensure that the Air Force orders are very soon changed so there will be no more attempts to shoot us down. It is amazing how long it has taken for your government to be changed from such an attitude of denial of our existence. We are fully aware of the role that you have had with UFOs. Finally, we shall all be vindicated. We shall soon land and be among you.
There is much to be done to clean up Mother Earth's atmosphere. As we have stated many times, we must change the way that you develop energy without having to pollute the atmosphere. Your work with the charge cluster technology and your plans to develop new energy device or devices is highly important. We shall be there to help you! It will not be long now and then your funding will also be available and the development of a space-energy-tapping device can proceed rapidly. Then it will take a great deal of manufacturing and marketing help to get the product in use to replace the burning of gasoline and diesel fuel. Much of our efforts will be to help you get to that stage of development.
New topic: Much of our plans, in addition to helping in your lab, will be involved in helping others who request our help. We have on board some skilled medical practitioners, as you might call them. They will be willing to help, where asked, to cure the illness of some of your friends and yourself where desired. These persons will also be available to help teach others some of the skills that have been developed. Here on board the Capricorn there are over a hundred humans and they have been carefully studied by our medical experts. We are reasonably sure that we can help cure some or many of mankind's ailments. Cancer is one of those ailments that can be cured with our help. You will want to have some of your friends become available for our medical experts to help. Is that understood?
