Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 04 Dec 2008
Lavar: Welcoming Helena. I am late this morning. Are you still available?
Helena: Good morning. Yes. You are later! However I have a message for you.
There are many who will desire to hear what we have to say from this starship that is assigned to your part of Mother Earth. There is much that we will soon be able to do to help those of you who desire our help. We are assigned to help reduce Mother Earth's atmospheric pollution, as you should already know.
We shall soon come and visit with you in your laboratory.
Lavar: You will need to wait until we get our laboratory back in full operation. We are just now having the funds released that will allow us to buy our lab building.
Helena: I understand. We are in no big hurry to come. We desire to help you when you can use and will need our help. We have been here above your country in our starship for many months. We desire to be able to complete the work that we were assigned to do by the Galactic Federation. However, we will, apparently, need to wait for some more of your government's developments before we will be able to come and help you in cleaning up Mother Earth's atmosphere.
Lavar: Are you able to clean up the atmosphere without landing?
Helena: We can do so to some extent. However, the best approach is for us to be able to help you and your countrymen provide the use of space-energy-tapping equipment that will provide the energy you need without pollution. You are aware of that technology but, apparently, you are waiting on funds to be able to commercialize that new-energy (new to you) technology. Is that correct?
Lavar: Yes. That is correct. We need to be funded so that we can invest those funds in the process of developing and commercializing our new-energy technology.
Helena: We will do what we can to help you obtain the funds that you need. In addition, we will be pleased to have the orders to your Air Force released to try to shoot us down. As you probably know, your aircraft cannot shoot down our shuttles. However, we do not desire to have any kind of such a meeting with your Air Force. We ask you to do what you can to release the orders to your Air Force to try to shoot us down.
Lavar: I don't know what I can do. However, I'll try. Perhaps some of those who receive our messages from you will be able to help. I will be with you tomorrow.
Note: If you, the reader, desire to have shuttle landings in your area, then find a person who has telepathic capability to communicate directly with the crew of the Capricorn and ask for information about a local shuttle landing.
