Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. I am pleased to welcome you this morning. There is a number of problems that your present government has caused to happen. These problems will only be resolved with the coming dramatic change in your government. You will want to do what you can to ensure that you have an honest and freely representative government in charge in Washington, D.C. That will mean that the current government will have to be replaced with a newly-elected government. Of course, it will be a while before new elections are called. However, it is possible to have a sufficiently dramatic change in your presidency so that new elections can be called ahead of the regular November elections. Perhaps such an occurrence will happen.
Much of what you can do to help your country is also involved in the type of information that you obtain and share via the marvelous Internet. You are one of those who receives telepathic information and share with a few of your friends. You are to be commended for that activity. However, there are lots of others who desire to have access to these messages that you receive. You may want to consider posting these message on the Internet so that they can be called up and viewed by any who desire to read what you receive in your daily communication with us.

Helena: That is up to you. Your are the one who has access to and can learn whatever you need to know about posting information on the Internet. You are soon to be funded. You may want to use some of those funds to post a daily report about your activities. Such a posting could also be used to post our conversations.
