Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. It is a stormy day across much of your country today. However, here our climate is pretty stable. We shall, however, be pleased to come and experience some of your climate. The concept of snow is known to us but the feel of snow has not been a part of our experience for many years.
New topic: We are receiving some telepathic messages from some of our people that there is, finally, some great changes coming to your country and will reverberate throughout the planet. Your new currency is about to be announced is the message that we are receiving. There will be accompanying changes in government that will take place, however, that will remain to be worked out. The important aspect of this change in currency is that it should be coupled with the announcement of the NESARA program. At least, it should hasten the announcement of the NESARA program. The full impact of this announcement are highly controlled and we shall have to await the announcement that is expected to be made this evening, or perhaps earlier in the day.
New topic: Much of our planning is, of course, revolving around the conditions that will allow for us to land peacefully among you and demonstrate that we are here and that we come in peace. As I have stated many times, we must have the removal of the orders to the Air Force to try to shoot us down. That canceling of an existing order requires a change in your government. We are not, as yet, sure how that will be accomplished or when. We are ready, willing, and able (as you would say) to be with you and to be a part of the greatly-needed effort to clean up Mother Earth's atmosphere and some of her waters. We are prepared long ago, to do our part, but we have to be able to be among you without military interference. That is our message and our problem. Do you have any questions for me this morning?
Lavar: Dear Helena, we shall be most pleased to welcome you and your crew. How can we best prepare for your coming to help in the air and water cleanup?
Helena: Getting the word out about the need for atmospheric pollution alleviation is one of the topics that you can stress in your communications. Also, the importance of clean water should be stressed. Air and water pollution must be reduced and changes made in how various industries fail to properly treat water and air emissions. Of course the biggest polluter is your cars and trucks.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. We shall be most interested to find out more about the new government announcement to see what that will do to help provide the large amount of funds that are required for cleaning up the pollution.
