Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 24 Nov 2008
Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. Thank you for being on schedule. There is a great deal of interest among our crew in what is happening in your nation. We have information that the long-delayed prosperity funds are ready, finally, to be distributed to the thousands of investors. Hopefully, there will be no further delays and that some of those who are receiving their funds will be investing in your operations.
There will soon be some long-delayed changes in your government that will allow for the removal of the orders to your Air Force to try to shoot down our shuttles. Then we shall, at long last, have our fly-overs and the few landings that are initially planned. As you have often been told, one of our shuttles will land in your valley. You will be kept informed as to the timing of that landing, however, it will not be long now.
There is much that we can do to help you in your laboratory when we can come-and-go among you. Hopefully, you will soon have your laboratory back in full operation so that we can be very useful when we can send two of our crew to help you.
Lavar: Is there anything that you can do to help speed up the release of the orders to our Air Force to try to shoot down our shuttles?
Helena: Now friend, you know that we are not allowed to interfere in your government. However, we can come-and-go by being "cloaked". When cloaked our shuttles can't be easily seen. We do have a few of our crew who are present in your nation. Their assignment is to help prepare the way for our coming when we can do so without being cloaked.
Lavar: Are any of those from your crew here in our area?
Helena: No, my friend. However, you will soon have one of our shuttles landing in your valley, so be prepared to be nearby and be in communication with our shuttle crew when it lands.
Lavar: How soon after your first landing will it be for you to have two of your crew members come to help us?
Helena: It won't be long, however, you must be prepared in your laboratory for us to be able to help you. It may be that we will delay our coming until your laboratory is properly equipped.
Lavar: I shall do my best to have our laboratory equipped as soon as possible. I have made arrangements for the immediate purchase of our laboratory building just as soon as the funds are released, hopefully, that will be this week.
Helena: Good. No further message from me, this morning. As I have been told, this is a holiday week for you and your countrymen. So Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours.
Lavar: Thank you dear friend. I shall be with you tomorrow morning.
