Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Just about on schedule. There is much consternation here on the Capricorn regarding the final decisions as to our landing and being among you. As we understand, there is much going on in the distribution of funds and that action, when properly completed, will allow for the announcement of the prosperity program wherein the U.S. Constitution is restored. There appears to be a struggle to get the deliveries made and have the announcement made before your Thanksgiving Day. We would suggest that you would have a lot more to be thankful for if there was the culmination of the announcement of the program to restore your constitution to its rightful place in your nation's laws.
New topic: Much of our efforts will soon be concentrated on ensuring that we are keeping our schedule to several landings and fly-overs so that your nation will know that we are here, that we are alien to your world, and that we come in peace and to help Mother Earth to clean up the atmosphere and some waters. We have to have the clearance from your [Air Force] orders to attack any of our shuttles with your jet aircraft. Not that they can harm us but that we must [show that we] come in peace and being pursued is not the appearance of peace.
We shall, however, soon have the long-awaited announcement. The concern now is whether it can be given before your holiday on Thursday. We are, like you, very concerned with the timing of this event. At any rate, we shall be pleased to soon be providing you with some new technology that will, at long last, help change the way the world produces and distributes energy, as that has been your decade-long goal as well. There are many among you who will help when they can be assured that our coming and our helping is for real. That is why it is important for us to be able to land in peace and show you that we have something to offer you to help your world and its people. We will be there with you and others of our kind will be with other parts of your world. There should soon be the opportunity for this occurrence to happen. That is my message this morning. Lavar: Dear Helena, thank you for your concerns and we greatly look forward to your landing. We shall soon have the funds to work with and commercialize any device that we understand and can produce in our lab and transfer to manufacturing facilities for large-scale production. We have some health problems in this world, do you have staff that can help us in that regard?
Helena: There are a number of humans on board and we have skilled medical practioners who are very familiar with the human anatomy. We believe that we can greatly assist in helping stamp out some diseases and, of course, we will be able to help some individuals.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. We shall be most pleased to welcome you. Our blessings on you and your crew.
