Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 20 Nov 2008
Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. Right on time! We are expecting to be released soon from your government's denial that we exist. As you know, our Capricorn is in the skies above you and can easily be seen by those who look for us. We can be determined to be a star, however, we are a star that moves in your skies and that changes its lights from time to time. It is a bit of a pleasure for us to be here above you and to be seen by many and, yet, your government denies our existence, and has done for many months.
There is a great change coming soon to your government. It is apparent, from our communication with a few of you, and especially, with our friend in your nation's capitol. There are great changes coming. Your government will soon come to an end, at least there will soon be the removal of your president and vice president from office. Their resignations, as you know, have already been signed. They have managed to hold onto their offices for many months since they signed their resignations. There is not much more for them to do. Your vice president is so ill, we are told, that he is not really providing any services in his office. Your president has a stand-in that is holding on pretty well to the honors of his office.
Enough of politics. We are greatly desirous to be able to come-and-go among you without any problems with your government orders to shoot us down. We are assigned to help reduce the high levels of atmospheric pollution and we shall soon be able to do that. Your help and your communication is greatly appreciated. It is my understanding that you will soon be funded and back into operation in your laboratory. As I have told you before, we are very pleased that you are working on tapping into the vast energy of space, as we do aboard this starship and as we do to power our shuttles. We will soon be able to have our two volunteers come and work with you in your laboratory. They are very anxious to do so. I am sure that you will welcome them when they can come.
Lavar: Oh yes! It will be a great pleasure to have them help us in developing this new-energy technology. If my information is correct, we will soon have the funds released and be able to begin the process of getting our laboratory purchased, equipped, and back in full operation. Do you have any suggestions as to what can do that we are not doing to help get back in full operation?
Helena: It is my pleasure to observe that you are doing about all that can be expected of any person in your position. Funds will soon be available and then we will soon be available. Keep up the good thinking and doing.
Lavar: Thank you dear friend. I am honored to talk with you each morning.
