Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 19 Nov 2008
Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. Thank you for your attendance. We, here aboard this mighty starship, are disappointed in the delays that are thought up to keep us from showing ourselves and having our landings among your countrymen. We are ready, willing, and able (as you would say) to begin our assignment from the Galactic Federation to help clean up Mother Earth's polluted atmosphere. Of course, I have stated that same message to you many times.
Here is something that may be a bit newer. We are aware of your communication with your deceased Council of Scientists. We admire what you have done to suggest that they show us their unannounced scientific developments and allow us to comment on their findings or their theories. Death is a part of life, as you know. We shall be pleased to look over the materials that they have provided and make our comments and/or suggestions. We are in a peculiar situation. We have a great deal of scientific information that we could share, however, our assignment is to let your countrymen ask us questions but not for us to try to strongly influence your technical developments. Your scientists and engineers are making great strides to develop your technology that is now getting you into space, with your rocket ships. We are amazed and pleased at the progress that is being made. It is not a part of our assignment to interfere in any way with such progress. However, we do understand that when our shuttles are observed that many of your scientists will desire to use our technology rather than rocket technology to enhance their space- exploration developments. We are pleased that you have already begun a good start toward the development of the same type of energy resources that we use: tapping into the vast energy of space. We shall be pleased to assist you in the commercialization of that development. That is my message for you this morning. Any questions or comments?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I am blessed greatly by your presence in my life. What can I do to help further the development of our technology. As you know we are awaiting the funding. Is there anything that you can do to help release the funds? OH! I almost forgot. Could you or Sananda help my friend Toni Underwood in Texas. He has some serious health problems and deserves your help.
Helena: We will do what we can to help your Texas friend. We will, hopefully, be able to locate him. There is not much we can do to help with the release of your funding. We are not privileged to sort out your political problems. However, it is our information that those funds will soon be released. That is important to us, as well as important to you.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be with you tomorrow.
