Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. Right on schedule. We have some interesting information for you this morning. There will be finally (as you would put it) the deliveries of the bank documents to those who will receive the so-called prosperity funds. That is a great prelude to our coming. The funds must be made available before the NESARA program can be announced. With the announcement of the NESARA program will come the changes in government that have to precede the rescission of the order to shoot us down - or try to. We are rejoicing.
New topic: Much of our time here has been spent in preparation, which has long ago been essentially completed. However, in addition, thanks to you, to your close friend, Angela, and to several others, we have been teaching and training, in essence, several others about our coming. They, your fellow and lady telepaths, have been a great help in getting our message out to many. However, there are still many, in fact, most of the citizens of North America who have no idea of our existence or of our soon-to-be landing among you. Your friends in Vancouver are setting up a reception for our first landings. You will be there to welcome us to Salt Lake Valley, and there are a few others who will have more information to tell about us and our landings and our flyovers. That will soon occur. However, first you all must digest the information that the NESARA program will bring to you and to your government, and set an example for what the world can and will be able to do. Your country, the world's biggest polluter of the atmosphere, must be the first to set an example to the world of how to clean up the earth's atmosphere or many more will perish. That [perishing] cannot be allowed to happen. That is why we are here and why we appreciate your help and the help of many others to change the way the world produces and distributes energy! Any questions for me this morning?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. Your presence and help is greatly needed. How long after the first landing will you be returning to be among us?
Helena: You have asked that before. We must carefully monitor what your media and your government does about our first landing. With the NESARA program announced, there will be a change in [the U.S.] government and we do not, as yet, know how long it will take to remove the orders to shoot us down. Hopefully, that order will be rescinded immediately after the change over in government. Maybe you can help by making some contacts or suggestions.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall try. My blessings on you and your crew. We will be welcoming you here soon now.
