Lavar: Welcoming Helena
Helena: Good Morning. You have been reading a great deal of information that has been gathered about extraterrestrials.
Lavar: Yes Helena. I have been impressed with what Professor Salla has done to obtain information about contacts with you and other extraterrestrials.
Helena: It is time that you were aware of what many others have been doing. It is time that the public becomes aware of the fact that much of the negotiation with extraterrestrials has been going on for many years. In our case, however, our assignment has not included negotiating with officials, but to demonstrate conclusively that we exist, that we come in peace, and that our major effort is to help clean up the air and water that will otherwise continue to destroy plant, animal, and even human life on your earth. We are pleased that you have become more aware of the huge background of information that has been kept from the public for about half a century.
There are huge efforts being made by both pro and con forces in the announcement of the NESARA program. However, due to special conditions which have been aided by some who are not of earth, there will finally be a conquering of the opposition and the announcement of the NESARA program. We cannot, as yet, ensure the date of the announcement, however, it appears that it will be soon now. All is in readiness from our point of view. We are ready to land as soon as peace is declared and the way is arranged for several of our shuttles to land in various places in North America and be welcomed by many of you. We assume that you will use the information we provide to help provide for some of those who will meet and greet us. It will not be many days now until such arrangements will be possible. We have been waiting years for this time. We rejoice in the knowledge that our long wait will soon be over. That is my information for today. Any questions?
Lavar: I was not aware of the extent of the presence of extraterrestrials. Can you tell me how many starships like yours are in position to help in various parts of the world and do they have special assignments?
Helena: There are about one dozen starships that have various assignments that were arranged by meetings among the various groups. Our primary assignment is cleaning up air and water. Some of the other starships have other assignments. The total projects will be to greatly assist Mother Earth and its inhabitants to live a cleaner, freer life. It will take some years for all of these tasks to be accomplished, however, it will be greatly to the benefit of humanity and all other life forms for us to begin our work.
