Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 30 Jun 2008
Lavar: Good morning. My apologies, I am late this morning. Are you still available?
Helena: I am still here for you. However, I do appreciate it when you are communicating at the time that we have set aside for your weekday communications.
There are some dramatic changes that will soon to be announced concerning your political leaders. The time will very soon come for them to offer their resignations and for there to be new elections called and carried out. This action will come as a great surprise to most of your countrymen. Most of the citizens of America have no idea of the dramatic changes that are soon to come. There will, finally, be the restoration of your government the way it was before the changes by President Roosevelt in the 1930s caused this gradual and continuing barriers to constitutional government. There have been many persons made wealthy by these illegal changes to your government. Things will now soon change and it will be for the betterment for most Americans.
There are many of us who are looking forward to our being recognized as live and concerned friends of America. As you have been told, this starship has been assigned to North America and there will soon be the removal of the long-ago orders to your Air Force to try to shoot down our shuttles. You are fully aware of those secret orders, from your days as a Weather Forecaster in the U.S. Air Force. However, most of your countrymen have no concept of these orders or of the fact that we have been in earth's vicinity for many months now. We are assured that changes will very soon be made and that we will be able to show ourselves and to have our shuttles be able to come-and-go among you. As you know, the time will soon come when Sananda-Jesua will be able to make his appearance among you before going to Jerusalem. However, it is our understanding that peace must be declared in that part of the world before these great historic events will take place.
We are pleased that we shall soon be able to have our fly-overs and our coming-and-going among you. We have been assigned, as you well know, to help clean up Mother Earth's atmosphere. It has been most recently further polluted with the many forest fires that have been started by lightning in California.
Lavar: Forgive the interruption, however, do you not have the power and capability to prevent those lightning storms from occurring?
Helena: Yes. However, we must meet with certain requirements before we have the permission to come-and-go among you. In addition, we have to be asked to help. Our major assignment is to help clean up Mother Earth's polluted atmosphere.
Lavar: It would seem to me that as a part of that assignment you would be expected to help prevent further pollution of Mother Earth's atmosphere. I personally implore you to use your best efforts to prevent any further destruction from lightning!
Helena: Your request will soon be granted. It will soon be time for us to be able to come-and-go freely among you as soon as your present administration removes the orders to your Air Force to shoot us down.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I should have been aware of that requirement.
Helena: I appreciate your concern for your country, your atmosphere, and your fellow citizens. There are some dramatic changes that are soon to take place in your government and those changes will allow us, after these many months, to be able to come-and-go in your country. Then we shall be pleased to do all we can to help clean up Mother Earth's atmosphere. You will also be helped in your work that is also designed to help reduce the atmospheric pollution from the burning of fossil fuels. Keep up the good work, get your laboratory back in operation. We shall soon be able to come and help you.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be most pleased at these coming developments. I shall be with you tomorrow.
