Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 29 June 2006
Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. There is much consternation coming from our Washington contact. He is being assured that there have been considerable changes in this administration and that the president's office has been cleaned out to make room for a successor. If that information is correct, then we expect that there will be some important government announcements made very soon now. Our telepathic sources, what few there are, are struggling to obtain information about the highly secret distribution of the bank documents that must precede some of the other events that we are waiting for, especially for the removal of the orders to shoot down any of our shuttles, or try to.
New topic: Much of our doings here aboard the Capricorn have involved lately the getting ready for the many flyovers and shuttle landings that are planned to come as soon as the orders are removed to shoot us down. However, we are among you with several of our shuttles in cloaked form. We are witnessing the terrible floods that have occurred in the Eastern U.S. and, of course, the fires in your part of the U.S. We would be able to help a great deal in both cases if we were allowed to have our shuttles free from being chased by Air Force jets. Hopefully, there will very soon be a removal of those orders. For example, we could help with the control of the fires and we could certainly help with some of the rescue operations that are needed in some of the flood areas. It is very important to us to desire to help Mother Earth and her people. We are assigned to help and will be most pleased when allowed to do so. Do you have any questions for me this morning?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I would be most pleased to be able to withdraw the Air Force orders. However, I realize that can only come with a new administration. Can any of us do anything that will help hasten the time of your landings?
Helena: It would be most helpful if any of those who read this message and have access to the new president (that apparently you will soon have) can tell that person of the great need to withdraw the orders to shoot down any UFOs. It could perhaps be changed if the definition of any UFO did not include shuttles from the Capricorn. Tell your friends to do their best to help get this message to the new president.
Lavar: Hopefully, there will be some who will read this message and take appropriate action. I will send information to the new president as soon as I know who it will be. I shall be with you again Monday.
