Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. You are right on schedule, thank you. You have asked for additional rain for your valley. We are doing our best to provide additional rain by expanding south one or more of the weather patterns that normally move north of your state. Hopefully, we will be able to guide this present coming storm into your valley and mountains.
There are great events that are occurring in your country. There will soon be the announcement of the resignations of your president and vice-president. This will happen as soon as the bank documents are properly distributed. There has been, as you know, great efforts made, and have mainly succeeded, to prevent the deliveries of these bank documents. If our information is correct, however, those bank documents should be delivered this week sufficiently for there to be an announcement. As you know, this announcement and the completion of the suitable deliveries of the bank documents were scheduled for the past week but there has been some additional unexpected government interference. Hopefully, that has now ended. We, like you, await for the final completion of these deliveries. As you are well aware, subsequent to the deliveries of most of the bank documents, there will be the change in your government and the restoration of constitutional government. That will be of great benefit for most of the citizens of your country. It will also mean essentially the end to war, especially with our help. There is much that we can do, and plan to do, to make your world a better and safer place. However, we must be properly asked.
Our major assignment, as you know, is to help clean up the earth's atmosphere and to do that we shall need to have the help of many others, including the several other starships that are positioned over other parts of the world. They are awaiting our ability to send our shuttles into your country to show that we come in peace. We are waiting, as you know, the change in your government's policy to shoot us down, or try to. However, we are assured that it won't be long now and your present government will be changed. That will be a great day for us. That is my rambling this morning. Do you have any questions for me?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I do have a strong question. Why don't you use your influence and abilities to help prevent any further efforts on the part of the present administration to prevent the deliveries of bank documents?
Helena: Is that a request for us to do?
Lavar: YES! Please do all you can to help in the final deliveries of the bank documents, assuming that they are not, as yet, completed.
Helena: You have asked and our reply is: We will do what we can to help in the distribution of the bank documents. As you know there have been some deliveries of the bank documents and the plans are to complete those deliveries by the end of this day. We will see what we can do to help. Thanks for asking!
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I should have thought about asking for your help earlier. I shall be with you again Monday which will be a new month, hopefully a month of great changes in our country and great progress made toward allowing your fly- overs and landings.
