Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 29 June 2006
Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. You are being kind to spend time with me each morning. This is a time of great changes to be coming to your world. It is a time of great changes for us so that we can also be with you and help in the important work that must be done so that the earth's atmosphere can be restored to a where there is no longer the threatened extinction of some sensitive plants and animals. There is much to be done to avert a great catastrophe in your world due to the vast amounts of carbon dioxide being poured out into the earth's atmosphere. There is a great additional source of carbon dioxide that will be coming from the greater use of automobiles in various parts of the world, especially from China and India. There will have to be immediate steps taken to help change the way energy is being used for transportation. Your laboratory will be, or at least can be, the source of the new-energy developments that can make a vast difference in how energy is being used and in the reduction of CO2. You are to be helped by our crew members as soon as we can properly land freely and be among you. Our shuttles will soon be able to come and go throughout North America, at least that is what we are expecting from the events that are being communicated to us from various sources. We are ready to land and to do our part in helping to change the way energy is being produced so that there can be abundant energy and no pollution. That is the method that we use to produce energy, by tapping into the vast energy in space, that will soon be available to your country and later to the world. Our crew members are anxious to be with you in your laboratory and helping to improve the new-energy device that you have already been working on. We are most pleased to have your efforts to help shorten the time that it would take to begin from scratch, as you would say, to develop a new-energy device. That is my message for you this morning. Do you have any questions for me?
Lavar: Dear Helena, we are suffering with fires in the Western United States and vast floods in the Eastern United States. When you are allowed to freely come and go among us, do you have the means and/or technology by which you can help to prevent or to control such disasters?
Helena: Yes, Hal we can help. The vast rains in the east and the hotter than normal air in the west are the by products of global warming. That is one of our [planned] major efforts to change, as you know. Both of these phenomena can be changed by our efforts to help in changing the upper atmosphere. It is not an easy task and will require considerable energy from the use of our starship, however, as soon as we are allowed to come and go at our pleasure, then we will be able to do some of the seemingly miraculous things that will help to alleviate the current conditions and also to help change the weather patterns back to the more normal patterns.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. We shall be most pleased to have your shuttles come and go and, especially, to have two of your crew members to be with us in our laboratory. Thanks for all you do for us, especially in the coming days. I shall be with you tomorrow, as usual.
