Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. Yes I can accommodate you being early. There is much going on in your country this week, much to be pleased about. Unless our sources are poorly informed, this will be the week that we have been waiting for for so many years. There will soon be peace declared. There will soon be removed from the Air Force command the standing order to try to intercept us and shoot us down. Then we shall plan and announce the day and time of our first landings.
Much of our work is soon to be culminated and we shall soon be among you and begin working closely with the many volunteers to clean up Mother Earth's atmosphere. Here is how we shall proceed. There will be a communication equipment built and connected to your Internet so that many of you can communicate directly with us here on the Capricorn. That will allow us to plan together with those who have and are volunteering to help with the clean up of the atmosphere. As you know, that will mean the replacing of the burning of fossil fuels with other means for generating energy. You will be taught the methods that we use here on the Capricorn to tap into the vast energy of space itself. That process will take a great deal of effort and will take several years to properly manage. However, you will be helped, wherever you volunteer, and be helped in the manufacturing and distribution of space-energy devices. For example, there will be a great change in automobile engines and replaced with electric motors which will be operated by batteries and/or with the on-the-vehicle battery chargers which your laboratory has proposed. You even have an electric pick up truck to be used, as you say, as the hangar queen for such an installation and testing of new space energy devices. It will be important to many who volunteer to help. They will be put in touch with those who are also involved so that there will be an array of persons involved in manufacturing, marketing, distribution, and installation of the devices that we will help you develop. Those who desire to help should tell us what part of the process they will be best suited to accomplish. That is my message today. Any questions?

Helena: We are still making some contacts with volunteers who desire to have a landing near them. At present we have five shuttles that are ready to be welcomed.
