Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. I am pleased to greet you this morning. You are soon to be funded. That will be good news for many who have been waiting on your efforts to get back into full operation in the development of your new-energy technology. That will be good and we will be pleased to help you. We are pleased that there is someone who has been developing this new-energy technology as your friend Ken Shoulders has been doing. He is a great inventor and deserves much praise and help.
Much of what you will be able to do, when you receive the long-delayed funds, will be to help others as well as to complete the development and commercialization of this new-energy technology -- new to you but not to us. We shall be pleased to help you in your efforts to help others. It will not be long now, if our information is correct, before we will be able to come-and-go among you with our shuttles. We have been held off with the threats to try to shoot down our shuttles by your overly energetic Air Force. There will soon be the release of the orders to your Air Force to try to shoot us down, as you are familiar with (from your days as a U.S. Air Force weather forecaster).
Much of what we can do to help you and your country is dependent on the removal of those orders to your Air Force. We have been prevented from doing our assigned work for North America for many months now. Hopefully, there will very soon be the release of those orders to try to shoot us down. If you have any contacts that can help us in that regard, please do so.
Lavar: I will do my best to help. I have been sharing your messages with some of my friends. And, in turn, they have been sharing these messages with others. Hopefully, there will be some who will ensure that the orders to the Air Force are removed, as soon as possible. That will be a good day for all of us. Do you have any suggestions as to how better we can help remove these orders to shoot down any "UFOs"?
Helena: I appreciate what you are doing. Just do your best to get the word out. There will very soon, so I am being told, be some dramatic changes in your government. Those changes could and should lead to changes in the orders to your Air Force to try to shoot down our shuttles.
