Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 27 Jun 2007
Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. I am pleased to communicate with you this morning. This is the day, so we are informed, that there will be a significant change in your government. At least, there will be the distribution of the bank documents today or this week so that there can be the changes in your government and the restoration of constitutional government. That will be great news for you and for all of the citizens (or at least most of them) of your country.
Then there will be a new president and soon, we trust, the removal of the orders to shoot down our shuttles. Then we shall finally, after more than five years, have our showing of our shuttles with our many fly-overs. Most important to you will be the shuttle landing in your valley. We shall be most pleased to be able to have that great event occur.
Then we shall soon, thereafter, be able to come and go at our pleasure, provided, of course, that we observe all of the niceties to prevent any problems with the aircraft that is daily flying among many of your cities.
We will be able to have our assignment known to your citizens that we are assigned to help clean up Mother Earths's atmosphere. There is an increase in diseases among your citizens due to the heavy amount of carbon dioxide and other atmospheric pollutants. We shall soon be able to help in reducing those contaminants. That is our major assignment. Of course, as you have learned, we are also allowed to help in any peaceful way that we are asked to help. You have made some requests from us and those requests have been or, are being, granted. We shall soon be able to bring some additional moisture to your dry lands, as you have requested. That is my message for you this morning. Do you have any questions for me?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be highly pleased at your coming. As a former weather forecaster, I am greatly pleased to learn and to know that you have the abilities to do some control of the weather. It is my strong desire that you use your abilities in that regard so that you can bring more moisture to some of our dry regions and also to prevent some of the disastrous floods that wreck so many homes. I do have a question for you this morning. Can you help in controlling the many forest fires that we have each year?
Helena: That is a good question. We can help to control forest fires to some extent. We can do a better job of controlling the weather so that there are not so many dry areas. We can also help to prevent lightning storms. These storms are very unusual on the many worlds that we are acquainted with. That is why so many of our early shuttles were lost due to lightning damage. However, we have learned. And for your information, we believe that we can control and prevent most of such strong lightning storms. Perhaps with these helps, we can make your country a better and more peaceful place to live.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. Please begin as soon as possible to bring more moisture to our state and also to help minimize the destruction that is caused by the many fires and the many floods. I shall be with you tomorrow.
