I have a special message for you first: One of my best sources tells me that there were 11 banks that refused to forward the prosperity fund documents last week. The "White Knights" have removed and replaced these 11 bank leaders. However, the delays in sending the "prosperity" documents means that these documents will be delivered today and tomorrow. According to my sources, this means that the humanitarian funds will be released about Wednesday of this week June 29, 2005. Is that consistent with your information?
Helena: Yes that is consistent with what our few telepathic sources are telling us. Thank you for the summary information. This means that it will be about two weeks before we can assure you of the date and time of our arrival at your airport no. 2.
New topic: We are highly desirous of being among you and beginning to fulfill our assignment from the Galactic Federation. It has been a long time for us to await the proper conditions for us to land and be among you. We did not expect that a war would be declared and thousands of human killed while we await the changes that are necessary to precede our first landings. However, that will soon change. Much of our planning will be to ensure that there is new technology that will replace the burning of fossil fuels. Your laboratory is one of the few that has already begun work in that regard. Your lab has already developed some technology that can replace the burning of fossil fuels by tapping into the vast energy of space, as we do here on the Capricorn. Your request for two of our members to be there to help you will ensure a more rapid developments of those tasks that you have already begun.
