Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. I am pleased to greet you this morning. Your mind is full of bank events from reading your email as to what is going on in your government. You, and many others, will be very surprised at the events that will now be made known to the public. One of the most important will be the resignations of your presidency and Congress. That will bring about a very unusual circumstance in your country with no presidency nor Congressmen to act for and on behalf of the citizens of the United States. There will be some dramatic changes that will soon come. Those of us, here aboard the Capricorn, will be pleased to see some dramatic changes being made and the restoration of constitutional government to the people of the United States. Fortunately, there are good leaders who will arise and help restore the members of Congress by having proper elections held very soon. That will be a great change for America. We expect that the United States of America will, again, return to a position of honest leadership in this complex world.
There is much that can be accomplished when good men work together under the proper laws of the United States of America. However, there will be a return to constitutional government as it was during the early 1930s, before the many illegal changes were made by various presidents or their administrations. This will usher in a new time of change and return to honest government. That will be good news for all Americans. That is my message for you this morning. Do you have any questions for me?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I am amazed at what you are observing and the help that you will be giving to my country. Hopefully, there will very soon be the return to constitutional government and that many good men and women will be elected to serve their country in the Congress and in the presidency and in various official and legal offices throughout our nation. What can I do to help in this matter?
Helena: You are good to desire to help. However, your best way of helping will be to get back in full operation in the development of your new-energy technology. We shall soon be able to also be there to help you in your laboratory. Keep up the good planning and the work that you are doing. You will soon be back in full operation and helping to change the world.
