Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. Thank your for your being timely for our daily communication. This is one of the days in which there will be new information provided about the delivery of the bank documents. It is frustrating for us and for many others, that there can be so many delays. However, if our understanding is correct, there will be the use of the military to ensure that the couriers complete the deliveries of the bank documents. That should allow for the culmination of this important step in achieving the New America that we are all waiting to happen.
Then there will be actions taken by the new government officials so that we shall no longer be the so-called UFOs that are to be shot down by your Air Force. As you have long been aware of this order as it was in effect when you were serving as a weather forecaster [in the U.S. Air Force in Germany] and you knew of the treatment that was demanded against any sighted UFOs. That will soon change and, THEN, we can be among you and show that we come in peace. It seems that I give you much the same message. My apologies. However, that is the most important aspect of our coming to be among you. Over five years now we have been waiting for the government changes that will allow us to land and be among you. Do you have any questions for me this morning?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I understand the importance to you of the peace to be declared. Is there any action that I can take to help in providing for the peace that is needed so that you can come and be among us?
Helena: You are doing a good task in getting these messages out to many people. There is one topic that is soon to occur that we are aware of: There will soon be the completion of the deliveries of the bank documents to the many recipients. That will allow those who have been learning of your work to send funds to you. It appears that occurrence will soon happen. In other words, you will soon be funded and then we will soon have two of our crew to be with you and help in the development and commercialization of a new-energy device that is so important to you and to us.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be most pleased to have your crew members helping us. Bless you for your concerns and I shall be with you again tomorrow.
