Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. Welcome to another chat. There is much going on this week in your world. We are very pleased to see the culmination of the delivery of the prosperity funds to the thousands of recipients. Hopefully, that will soon be accompanied by the release of the orders to try to shoot down our shuttles. Then we will be able to come-and-go (with proper security of the skies, of course) in your North American areas. As you know, there are other starships assigned to other parts of your world. You will soon understand that we have been assigned to help cleanup Mother Earth's atmosphere before it is too difficult for some humans to exist and have good lives in such pollution.
Much of our time will be spent in that assignment by the Galactic Federation. However, as you have been told, we are available to do other tasks that you need help with, as long as no weapons are involved. I shall be pleased, after many months of delays, to be able to have some degree of fulfillment of our assignment to North America. We are pleased that we can communicate with you and that you, in turn, share our communication with others. You may be surprised at how much our conversations are circulated about the Internet. We are pleased to see that happens as we desire more people to understand that we are real, that we exist, that we are friendly, and that we come to help. That is my message for you today. What questions or comments do you have for me?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I am honored to be able to converse with you each weekday morning. Is there anything that we will be expected to do when your shuttles are among us (hopefully, very soon now)?
Helena: You are expected to adhere to the new laws under the constitution that will be restored. Then there will be some dramatic changes in your government. You are expected to do all you can to ensure everyone that these are the returns to the best times, with honest government officials to be elected and serve under the constitution. There is expected to be a great deal of reduction in government workers stealing from the government or making funds available for their favorite projects. Your return to constitutional government will be a great surprise to most. Only a few of you, such as yourself, were around when the first deviations from constitutional government were made by President Roosevelt in the 1930s. So be prepared to help others who will, undoubtedly, be confused at the changes. Let all of your friends know that these changes are for the best.
