Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. You are right on time and that is appreciated. There is good news for you this morning, if our source of information is correct. There will be the completion of the deliveries of the bank documents this week, followed by the announcement of the resignations of your presidency. That will come as a great surprise. In addition, if our information is correct, there will also be the resignations of all Congressmen. That will cause a great deal of effort in getting preparations made for electing new officials. As you know, for many years (since the early 1930s) there have been illegal elections - being not in accord with the original constitution of the United States. As you have been told, beginning with Roosevelt and continuing, there have been many changes made to your government without the consent or vote of the people. That is being changed. If there are to be changes to the American government, it will be due to the changes being prepared, announced, and voted on by the population of the U.S.A.
Some good times will soon be in force. If our information is correct, there will be the change to new currency which will be backed, at least to some extent, by precious metals. The old Federal Reserve Notes will be exchanged for the new currency. That event is poised to happen very soon now.
There will again be an opportunity for the United Sates of America to again, but somewhat slowly, become an honored nation among the nations of the world. Wars will cease. There will be help given to the hungry and impoverished of many nations, including the United States. There will be the return of illegal aliens back to their countries or, at least, they will be properly processed, if their services are needed. There will be some dramatic changes in some of the state governments to be in conformity with the changes in or the return to constitutional government for the United States. That is my message for you this morning. I am not sure if there is anything that you did not already know. However, these are important topics for me and my leaders to understand in our desire to come and help your country.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I am pleased to learn from you and will be pleased to have your shuttles released from Air Force orders to try to shoot down any "UFOs". What can I do to facilitate your coming?
Helena: There is not much you can do, if our information is correct, except to spread the word. You do not have direct contact with your government officials nor with those who will become your new government officials. However, it won't be long now before there will be some dramatic changes. Then perhaps you will be able to help get the message to release the orders to your Air Force to shoot down any UFOs.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be with you tomorrow.
