Lavar: Welcoming Helena. Dear Helena. I am early this morning. Are you available?
Helena: Yes, you are early however, I am available for you. We are deeply grateful for the many persons, both earthlings and some of our alien friends, that have helped make possible the release of the prosperity funds (we have been tracking for so many years). These funds will finally be distributed, unless there is some event that is beyond our scope of detecting by our telepathic communication with the few of our friends who have access to the type of intelligent information that we desire. There appears to be a fairly surety of the funds distribution today or tomorrow. Finally , that will release the humanitarian funds that you have been waiting for for many months. For us it will permit the declaration of peace and then our physical presence with you on Mother Earth.
There is much that we shall be able to accomplish and do so quite soon, because of the great efforts to have information posted for the many who know about us.
There are several who have been able to communicate their willingness to help clean up Mother Earth's atmosphere. That is a boon for us. Your marvelous world-wide electronic linkage, due to the lack of telepathic communication, is a marvel in itself. There are many of you who will be willing to help us and who will soon be able to communicate with us by the normal means that you employ. Blessings on all of you who are willing to help. We shall soon have better means to communicate with you, especially by our selves being able to move about among you. That is my message this morning. Do you have any questions?
Lavar: Dear Helena. Thank you for being such a good correspondent with me. Can you determine the date of the announcement of PEACE that you have waited so long for?
Helena: We believe that peace will be declared within the next week. Those in charge who will be out of office will have to be replaced and then peace will be declared by the new officials.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. We rejoice in the declaration of peace. There is not need for man to kill man. My blessing on you and your crew. We will welcome your arrival among us.
