Lavar: Welcoming Helena. I am just a bit early this morning.
Helena: Good morning. That is okay. I am ready to provide you with my daily message. There is a great deal of consternation among your political leaders as they struggle to keep from there being more war. There is much good that can be done when the energies and funds of your country can be put to peaceful means. There is a great deal of hunger in the world and your country has the ability to grow much more food than is used by your nation. Hopefully, your government will find the skills and the means to help to provide food and health for more of the world's needy. This would be a great thing for America's leaders to do: to help other countries achieve the blessings that are received by most Americans. Of course, there are some problems with many people in America but not near as prevalent as the hunger and disease in many parts of the world.
Much of what can be accomplished in America is being fairly well handled by the agencies that are present. There will soon be a dramatic change in America's government by a return to constitutional law as it was in the 1930s. The so-called NESARA program will soon be announced, according to information that we have received. Hopefully, that will mean that there will be changes made in your military government that will remove the orders to some of your Air Force to try to shoot down any shuttles or "UFOs" as your government labels our craft. As you know, we come in peace and with great things that we can do, when called upon to help, to make this world a better place for peace and prosperity to be more prevalent, especially in North America, which is our area of responsibility. As you have been told, there are other starcraft that are assigned to help in other parts of the world. That is our message for you this morning. Do you have any comments or questions?
