Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. I am pleased to converse with you this morning. This will be a great historic week for you, if our information is correct. There will soon be the announcement of a new government for your nation. That government will not be so intent on preventing the landing of our shuttles. Then we shall have the long-delayed fly-overs and the landing, especially in your valley. Then your nation will know that we come in peace, that we are aliens, that we come from our own Mothership that is and has been for several years, in your skies.
I shall be most pleased to have two of our crew come to help you in your laboratory and help in the commercialization of the new-energy device that taps into the vast space energy, as we do here on our mothership. That will be a great pleasure for us to help you, as you have requested.
You have also asked for us to provide more rain to your parched mountains and valleys. That will be done. We have delayed that request as there has been a huge high pressure area in your part of the country. Rather than show some dramatic changes in your atmosphere, we have been waiting for the movement, which is coming, of the high pressure area. Then we will help increase the rainfall over your dry mountains. That is my message for you this morning. Do you have any questions for me?
Lavar: Dear Helena, I shall be most pleased for your help in bringing more moisture to this parched part of our country. Hopefully, you will also be able, soon, to help reduce the floods and great damages that are caused by torrential rain in other parts of our country. When your shuttles can come and go in various parts of North America, will you be able to control the weather so that there will be a better rainfall over all of North America?
Helena: Yes, we shall be able to have an essentially normal rainfall over all of our assigned lands. However, that does not mean the end of desert areas. There will still be places where the normal rainfall will bring much more moisture than you will have in the western deserts of your state.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be most pleased to welcome your crew members when they come to work with us in our laboratory. I shall be with you Monday, as usual.
