Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. You are early but that is all right. We see a beautiful day for you, both weather-wise and event-wise. There will soon be the announcement of the release of the humanitarian funds followed by a more important (to us) of the announcement of the NESARA program. However, we have informed you about our needs, our plans, and our efforts in that area.
New topic: There are many of us who will be working closely with many of you in your work. Thanks to the service of this website for the Capricorn, we have been asked by several persons to have some help from our crew. Your request, as you know, for two of our experienced crew members will be properly handled and soon now. We will be able to help you in the commercialization of one of the energy devices that you are working on. We are pleased to be asked. As you will remember, we are not to interfere with your technology except where it involves the clean up of Mother Earth's atmosphere and some of its polluted waters. Your lab is well ahead of most of the world in that you are already working on those two important, to us, projects. There are others who are working on new-energy devices and we will be helping a few of those human investigators.
Here on the Capricorn, we are fully committed to our assignment to help clean up Mother Earth. Over the past decade we have been here above you and learned what we could from listening to your thoughts and to some of your many broadcasts. We have mastered your three basic languages of the North American continent and are ready to come and be among you in fulfilling our assignment. We look forward, finally, to the events that will allow our first show-and-go landings. Then when we are properly recognized for what we are, we shall land and be active among you. That is my message this morning. Any questions?
Lavar: Dear Helena, thank you for what you are planning to do to help Mother Earth. We are pleased to be able to communicate with you and look forward to your landings. How soon after peace is declared will you have the first landing?
Helena: As we have told you earlier, we need to be assured that the standing orders for the military aircraft to try to shoot us down are no longer in force. When we are assured that we can come in peace without being chased by your jet aircraft, then we will quickly plan our first landings and give you the date and time.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. We shall be most pleased for that day and that event. We will be there to welcome your crew members.
