Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. You are right on schedule and that is appreciated. We are very anxious to know more about the expected culmination of the events that are taking place in your country this week. With the deliveries of the bank documents to the many recipients, there will be a great deal of new money made available to your country and, hopefully, to deserving people in other countries. You will be pleased with the results as some of those who are receiving funds will be investing in your company and in the great changes that should come as a result of your work and, especially, with our help.
You are to be commended for your faithfulness in maintaining your plans for the further development of the new-energy technology. We are most pleased with your efforts to "help change the way energy is produced and used." You will receive some excellent help from two of our crew members. It is interesting that there are many of our crew who have volunteered to come and work with you in your laboratory. I was able to choose two of them, which I believe, to be among the best and most capable members of my crew, to help you in your development efforts. As you know the biggest problem will be to make use of your technology, which is far behind what we do here aboard the Capricorn. However, we shall be able to help you develop a commercial version of your new-energy device very soon after our crew members join with you in your new laboratory.
As you have been told, there will soon be a change in your government that will allow you to again continue and complete your efforts. Of course, you will need the funds that you are told will soon be available to your company so that you can pay for the staff and equipment that you will need. You will need to plan for the further development of your company's financial well being so that the manufacturing of the new-energy device can be properly continued. That is my message for you this morning. Do you have any questions for me?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I am most pleased to have the privilege of communicating with you and to have your responses and information. With the coming changes in our government, which we expect this week, how soon do you think it will take for the new government officials to clear the way for your landings among us?
Helena: We can't be sure, of course, but we expect that it will not take more than a week under the new administration for there to be a recision of the orders to your Air Force to try to shoot down any of our shuttles.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be most pleased to have your landings and your two crew members to come and work with us. You know how pleased we would be to have you visit with us, if that is possible. I shall be with you tomorrow.
