Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. You are on schedule, thanks. We are soon to be able to have our fly-overs. At least that is what information we are receiving from our Washington, D.C. contact. It appears that, finally, your presidency will be having their long-ago, signed resignations published. That will come as a surprise to most of the world, however, it will be deemed by many to be very good news.
There is much that can be accomplished when we are allowed to come-and-go among you. We have the assignment to help clean up your atmospheric pollution. In addition, the Galactic Federation has given us the privilege of helping in any way we can provided that we are asked to do so and provided that no weapons are involved.
There is much that we can do to help your country and the rest of the North American countries. We are pleased to be assigned to North America and very pleased to be able to communicate with you. It is important to us to be able to come-and-go freely among you so that we can carry out our assigned and requested tasks. Mother Earth needs our help to slow down the atmospheric pollution and, also to slow down or stop the melting of the polar icecaps. There is considerable life forms that are at risk in those polar areas, as you know.
We shall be pleased to help you in the development of your new-energy technology. I am pleased that you are working on tapping space energy. As you know that is our major source of energy here aboard the Capricorn and aboard our many shuttles.
You are to be congratulated on your ability to communicate with me. It is a pleasure to communicate with you. Keep up the good work that you are trying to accomplish. It will soon be the time for us to be able to come and help you in your work. That is my message for you this morning. Do you have any questions for me?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I am greatly privileged to be able to communicate with you. Please do all you can to help the thousands of people who have suffered so much from the heavy rains in Mid America. Please do all you can with your shuttles, even if cloaked, to help prevent further heavy rains and further flooding.
Helena: We shall do what we can. We can do a great deal more to help when the orders to shoot us down are rescinded.
Lavar: Thank you, I shall be with you tomorrow.
