Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. A bit early. You are to be congratulated. You have been faithful and diligent in communicating with us for these many months. Today is a special day. Today, the culmination of much of your political efforts will result in the release of the funds that you have been promised for so many months. You are to be congratulated. However, more important for us is the coming announcement, tomorrow if our sources are correct, of the NESARA program. That is what we have been waiting for for over a decade. There will soon be peace declared and then the orders will be cancelled about shooting us out of the sky when we appear. Your government has denied our existence for several decades, as you know from your own military experience. But soon we shall be, as you would say, the talk of the town.
New topic: Upon our arrival, sometime after the first show-and- go landings, we shall be visiting you in your laboratory. We have much to do to be able to help you develop the kind of technology that will help change the way the world produces and distributes energy - your long time goal. We shall be able to help you get a product ready for the market in a fairly short period of time after we land. Hopefully, you will have sufficient equipment so that you can properly make the measurements of the success of our mutual endeavor. We shall rejoice in our ability to help you - as you have requested. The end result will be an energy device - new to your world - that will help replace the burning of fossil fuels. We shall be most pleased to work with you to meet your long-stated goals and objectives. That is my message for you today. Do you have any questions for me?
Lavar: Dear Helena: We rejoice with you if this is truly the day of the release of the funds that we have been awaiting for so long. Then we shall soon be back at work full tilt. How soon after the announcement will you be coming?
Helena: As stated to you before, we expect it will take about two weeks for the new government to change it military missions and to shut down the standing orders for shooting any UFOs out of the sky. That is the important part for us. We do not want it to appear that we are being sought after or that we present a threat to anyone. We come in peace and we shall ensure that we are not to be chased by your jets.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. WE look forward with great enthusiasm to your coming. Our blessings on you and your crew.
