Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 16 Jun 2008
Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. You are right on time and that is appreciated. This week, if our information is correct, will be a great week for you and your nation. There is much good that can come from the events of this week that I have been assured will, finally, happen. There will be the distribution of the prosperity funds to the thousands of recipients. There will be the release of funds to your Canadian friend, if our information is correct. That will be great news for you. In addition, there will be a dramatic change, hopefully this week, in your nation's government. That will come as great news to us here aboard the Capricorn, because that will lead to the removal of the orders to your Air Force to try to shoot down any UFOs, which are often our shuttles. Then we can come and be among you and be able to do the many things that we are being asked to do, thanks to your communication with us and the sharing of our conversations on the Internet with others. Much of what we can accomplish will be, of course, with the help of many of your friends, associates, and countrymen. We have a great deal that I and my crew members can do when we are permitted to begin our long-delayed comings-and- goings among you. That is my message for you this morning. What questions or comments do you have for me today?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I am pleased to be able to communicate with you. As you know I have been long-awaiting the funds that have been promised from my Canadian friend. As soon as we get those funds, we will set up our laboratory and be highly pleased to welcome your two crew members to come and be with us in our lab and to hasten the development of the charge-cluster technology. What can I best do to hasten the coming of your crew members?
Helena: There is not much you can do. However, when you share these messages with others, and they, in turn, share these messages with their friends, you are certainly helping to prepare for our coming to be among you with our shuttles. Therefore, you are helping and your friends are helping. I am assured that there will soon be a dramatic change in your government, then we will, at long last, be able to come-and-go with our shuttles and doing things to help clean up Mother Earth's atmosphere. You will have some degree of help in that effort with the development of your new-energy technology. That is my reply to you this morning.
