Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 12 Jun 2008
Lavar: Welcoming Helena. I am just a minute early this morning. I enjoy our conversations.
Helena: Good morning. You and I are both available. I am pleased to help you. There is much consternation among some of your political leaders. They are aware of the dramatic events that will soon come to pass with the final deliveries of the bank documents. Then there will be the long-delayed resignations of your country's leaders. However, that will be good news for you. You will rejoice at the return to constitutional government. For us, it will be a great event and lead the way to the removal of the orders to your Air Force to try to shoot down our shuttles. It will not be long now and we shall be able to have the long- delayed fly-overs and our landing of a shuttle in your valley.
There are great events that can be accomplished by your country. You will have a new currency, you will have new elections, you will have, gradually, the return of the respect of the world as you return to proper government as newly elected by the citizens of America. Many will be very pleased at these coming changes and they will come soon.
Our mission will be able to be accomplished and, as you know, we have been waiting for this event to happen for many years. Soon we will be able to come-and-go among you and do those things that have been assigned to us and to fulfill the requests that some of you have been making. As I have promised, we will set up a communication with your wonderful world-wife Internet and be able to communicate with many of those who desire to communicate with us. That is my message for you this morning. Do you have any questions for me?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I am most grateful for your presence and for the soon-to-be coming of your shuttles so that you can help restore our atmosphere to where there will be much less pollution. How long will it take for you to change the atmosphere?
Helena: It will take several years. We will have to help you in the development of new-energy technologies that are not polluting the atmosphere. As you have begun to work with such new technology, we will be there to help you in that great effort. With the tapping into the vast energy of space, as we do here on our starship, you will be able to power automobiles without pollution. That will be one of the ways in which the pollution of the earth's atmosphere can be reduced.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be with you tomorrow.
