Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 13 Jun 2007
Lavar: Welcoming Helena. I am a bit late this morning. Hopefully, you are still available.
Helena: Good morning. You are later today. However, I am available for a time. It is with pleasure that I can report that our staff is still working on bringing more rain to your area, as you have requested. The high pressure that rapidly replaced the low pressure to your north can bring some moisture and our crew specialists are working bring that moisture to your area as you have requested.
There is much that will be accomplished in your government so that the distribution of the bank documents will soon be completed. Then there will be the final acceptance of the resignations of your president and vice-president. As you know that will culminate in our being able to come and provide our introductory fly-overs and, for you, the landing of one of our shuttles in your valley. I know that will be a great event for you and your friends.
There is much that we will be able to accomplish, with your help, when we can come and go at our pleasure. We have been assigned, as I have often stated, to help clean up Mother Earth's atmosphere. We shall soon be able to come and begin that great task. As you have been told, there are other starships assigned to other parts of the world and they, also, have been sent to help clean up Mother Earth's atmosphere. It is a magnificent task that we shall be performing and we will have the help of many earthlings, such as your group.
As you know, it is necessary to change the way your world's peoples use energy. The widespread and continued pollution from the burning of fossil fuels has to be changed. With your work, and with your help, you will be able to further develop your new-energy technology that taps into the vast energy of space. That will be one of the new technologies that will allow for the change from burning fossil fuels. As you know, and I as I have stated many times, it will take several years to make the changes so that there is less pollution of your atmosphere. However, we desire to get started as soon as possible. That is my message for you this morning. Any questions for me?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I am most pleased that you and your crew can help us in so many ways. We do need the rain and it is with great honor to ask your help in that respect. We are soon to be funded, we are told. Therefore, we shall soon be back in operation in our laboratory. We shall welcome the two crew members who have been assigned to help us. Is there anything that we should do to help make suitable arrangements for their presence in our laboratory?
Helena: Just obtain the proper equipment that you will need. Get the best equipment that is available to you. We will handle the housing of our two crew members. It won't be long now, we hope, before we can come and be among you.
Lavar: We shall greatly welcome your crew members to come and help us. Thank you for all that you do for us and for your daily information. I shall be with you tomorrow.
