Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 12 Jun 2009
Lavar: Welcoming Helena. Dear Helena. I am ready when you are.
Helena: Good morning. Thank you for being on schedule this morning. There are great events that are beginning to come forth. There will be dramatic changes announced by your government, very soon now. There will be a return to proper money (currency) for the U.S. More important, there will be some changes in your government that will help provide the means for there to be the announcement of the aliens who are coming and assigned to help clean up Mother Earth's atmosphere. That will be good. There has to be some dramatic changes in the way your country uses fossil fuels. There has to be a lessening of the burning of millions of gallons of fossil fuels every day with the resultant pollution of the earth's atmosphere. The work that you have been doing will need to be greatly accelerated so that the new-energy technology that you are working on can be commercialized. As you have been told, we will have two of our crew come to help you in your laboratory. First, however, you have to get your laboratory back in operation. We will do all we can to help, however, there is little we can do until there are the release of the orders to your Air Force to try to shoot down our shuttles.
You have been in communication with us for many months now. Finally, it is apparent to us, that you will soon, finally have the long-delayed money that you need to get back into full operation in your laboratory. We shall be pleased to be able to come and help you, however, there has to be the removal of the orders to your Air Force to shoot us down. You have been told, that if necessary, we can come cloaked, however, we hope that will not be necessary. We want your countrymen to know that we come in peace, that we come to help, and that we can do many things to help clean up Mother Earth's atmosphere. We need the help of many of your countrymen to properly accomplish all the tasks that we are expected to accomplish. That is my message for you this morning. Do you have any comments or questions for me?
