Communication with Capt. Helena of the Capricorn. 12 Jun 2007
Lavar: Welcoming Helena.
Helena: Good morning. You are just a minute or two early, however, I am ready. There is great consternation among some of your government leaders this week. They have done all they can to prevent the deliveries of the bank documents, that precede the return to constitutional government. However, it appears that the clearance has been given and that the bank documents will be delivered this week. Then there will be a great surprise for most of your countrymen when there is announced the return to constitutional government. Hopefully, there will be found no further methods to delay this great and long-overdue event. Then we shall soon, thereafter, be able to have our shuttle fly-overs and the landing in your valley.
Our efforts here aboard the Capricorn have prepared us, long ago, for the coming landings and flyovers. We are ready and hopefully, there will be no further delays. We have a great work to do to help clean up Mother Earth's atmosphere. In addition, we can do many other things to help mankind, as you know. All that is required is that we are asked to help. We will help you and any earthlings to do any peaceful activities. As you know, we can even control the weather, to a great extent. These are tasks that are new to mankind. There are many other things that our technology can accomplish, provided that it is for peaceful purposes and that we are asked to help. That is my message for you this morning. Do you have any questions for me?
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I am most pleased at the time that you spend with me each weekday morning to teach me more about your coming among us. I have learned to ask for your help and I shall welcome the two crew members who, hopefully, will soon be joining us in our new laboratory. How soon can we expect to have your shuttle landings?
Helena: It shouldn't be much longer now. There are some final documents to be delivered and, hopefully, those deliveries will be made this week, the sooner the better. Then there can be the announcement of the changes in your government with the return to constitutional law. Then there will be the removal, we hope very soon, of the orders to the Air Force to try to shoot down our shuttles. Then we shall be there among you and, hopefully, usher in an era of peace to Mother Earth.
Lavar: Thank you dear Helena. I shall be most pleased to have your shuttle landing in our valley, the sooner the better. I shall be with you tomorrow.
